UBL invoices respect sections that hide composition

When a section hides its composition, the XML export now groups it by tax into one line under the section name. Hidden prices are not handled yet.

[IMP] account_edi_ubl_cii: Support section in UBL.

Before this commit, hiding composition or hiding price in sections
wasn't taken into account while exporting the XML.

This commit introduces this behaviour for the XML invoices :
- when we export section that hides the composition, we first
group the sections by tax, the we create an invoice line with the
section's name, with the right tax and amounts calculations.

NOTE : This commit does not introduce price hiding in XML exports.
