[ADD] analytic: Clean deleted accounts from distributions

**Purpose:**

- Handle stale analytic account references in 'analytic_distribution'
  when an analytic account has been deleted.

**Changes:**

- Add a helper to remove deleted analytic account IDs from existing
  analytic distributions.

- Clean the old distributions before merging them with updated values.
