A new template lists the affected lots and products, building on the precise move-line tracking for recalls added earlier.

[IMP] stock: create default recall template After odoo/odoo#280060, we are able to easily get move lines that need to be recalled or simply tracked after being transferred, precisely. In this commit, we add a default template to facilitate the process of sending a recall email when needed. The template will provide info about which lots and products are affected. If there is more than one lot/product in the same transfer, they will be grouped in the same email. Moreover the template can be easily edited by the user. Task: 6613938
