Deleting attachments, for example when assets bundles are regenerated, no longer stalls on large databases while checking this foreign key.

[PERF] account: index attachment_id field On a database with many `account.move`, assets bundles cannot be re-generated because deleting an attachment takes ages because it checks foreign keys. This one isn't indexed.
