Sent Turkish e-invoices can be cancelled
Bookkeepers can now mark an e-invoice that was cancelled on GİB or Nilvera as cancelled in Odoo. Odoo does not report the cancellation to the authorities.

[IMP] l10n_tr_nilvera_einvoice: allow cancelling a sent e-invoice
A sent e-invoice is registered at GİB and can't be reset or cancelled in Odoo.
Once it's cancelled externally (via GİB/Nilvera), the user needs to reflect it
in their books.
- Add a Cancel button on a successfully sent invoice (send_status = succeed),
restricted to the Accounting Bookkeeper role.
- Show a confirmation dialog warning it is not reported to the authorities and
cannot be undone, then move the invoice to cancelled.
- Hide the Reset to Draft button for sent invoices (still blocked either way).
