Every upgrade_code script now runs in the test suite, so the scripts that rewrite custom code for new versions keep working. Use the '# test: false' and '# test: skip' markers for scripts that can't be tested this way.

[IMP] core: test upgrade_code Add tests for upgrade code. Running these scripts ensures they continue working in newer versions and that we don't introduce legacy code. There are some possible exceptions: - `# test: false` marker indicates that a migration may produce false positives, so changes to files are not breaking - `# test: skip` marker skips the test. A simple use case would be an extremely verbose script or a one-time migration which destroys data. Related: odoo/enterprise#135092
